EPDEMA
EPDEMA breaks an event into decision segments — date and time, venue, budget, agenda, guest list, roles, theme, travel — and gives the planning team a deliberation room for each one: submit proposals, raise objections, and lock in a decision.
Around that spine it handles invitations and RSVP tracking with reminders, a planning team with roles and permissions, public share pages with calendar export, reviews, and white-label branding. An AI copilot can draft a whole event scaffold from a free-form description, suggest per-segment options, generate a “vibe pack,” and scan for holiday conflicts. Payments run on Paystack, priced in Naira.

Project Motive
Most events are planned by committee but decided in chaos — endless group chats and one overwhelmed organiser. EPDEMA gives the committee real structure and lets AI carry the drafting work.
